DPA

At Ghost Genius, we are committed to protecting the personal data of our customers and their users. To support compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we provide a standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

The DPA forms part of our Terms of Service and governs how Ghost Genius, as a data processor, handles personal data on behalf of its customers, who act as data controllers. It sets out the subject matter, scope, and purpose of processing, describes the categories of data, and details the obligations of both parties.
